rare meat

so, how do you like your meat? I like mine rare....it is the complete antithesis of being a vegetarian.

      bloody, barely-legal rare. actually, the best are the "raw" dishes...like that amazing vietnamese beef lemon thing thing...what's it called...

        i don't know if this is the dish but a nice hot bowl of pho with thin slices of raw beef in it is excellent!
